The Doctor manages to sit himself up and pulls onto the handrail of the console and using the energy from the hand - busts into flames, from his legs, arms and face for a few seconds. Hopefully, Strange and Tony dodge and looks exactly the same when all settles.

The Doctor turns to both of them and is looking more closely at Stephen, "What are you?"

Then at Tony, "And you, what did you think you were doing?"
